PINCHO DE BONITO CON PIMIENTO ASADO /WHITE MEAT TUNA PINCHO WITH GRILLED PEPPER
INGREDIENTS- 4 people
7 cebollas/ onions
5 pimientos/ red  peppers
1 hoja de laurel/ 1 bay leaf
5 g de pulpa de pimiento choricero /5g choricero pepper pulp
3 g de pimentón dulce / 3g paprika pepper
100 g de salsa de tomate / 100g tomato sauce
2 dl de vino blanco / 2 dl White wine
Mayonesa /mayonnaise
1 lata de bonito en aceite de oliva Agromar / 1can white tuna meat in olive oil Agromar
500g escalivada en conserva / 500g escalivada preserved
Multigrain bread toasts
RECIPE
Cut and fright ligthly, the onions, the red pepper and the bay leaf.
Add the paprika pepper and the choricero pepper pulp. And the white wine and reduce it softly.
Lastly, add the tomato sauce and boil off the water.
On top of the toasted pieces of bread, put the stir-fry and add the escalivada and the White tuna meat. And don’t forget the mayonnaise to improve the taste!
