MICHIGAN CIDER WEEK 2015

So pleased, that is how we feel!
Last friday we’ve been in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
THE GREAT CHEF PABLO BALBONA , FROM GIJÓN, ASTURIAS,  WAS WHO REPRESENTED US…AND WE COULD’NT FEEL MORE THANKFUL TO HIM! HE IS RIGHT NOW WORKING AT AVENTURA, AN SPANISH STYLE RESTAURANT IN ANN ARBOR.
he cooked using our products to the public who attended to the spanish cider meeting.
TORTILLA DE PATATA, EMPANADA OF AGROMAR BONITO, REBOLLIN AFUEGALPITU CHEESE PLATTER AND SOME PINCHOS WERE PAIRED WITH SIDRA TRABANCO!
AS YOU WILL SEE IN THE PHOTOS, EVERYTHING LOOKED DELICIOUS AND THE COLLABORATION WAS SUCCESSFUL!
WE WANT TO THANK OBVIOUSLY TO PLABLO AND HIS FAMILY, AND THE TEAM OF MICHIGAN CIDER WEEK, nIKKI AND DAN OF TANDEM CIDERS, BRIAN ROUTZEN OF THE NORTHMAN,   PAUL WANDER OF VANDERMILL CIDERS, MIKE AND DEDE OF UNCLE jOHN’S CIDER….AND FOR SURE MANY OTHERS!
… THEY GAVE US THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE THERE! AND THIS IS OUR FIRST TIME IN MICHIGAN!
